These are the rules for using osspace.eu, the website of OsStudiO in Riga. By opening the site you agree to what is written below.
The document covers the website only. The terms of the classes themselves, of renting the room and of working together are agreed separately, when you book.
The information here is for reference
We try to keep the descriptions of our directions, the make-up of the programmes and the prices current, but they can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
The exact timetable, the free slots and the final price are confirmed in writing before you book.
Classes are not medical care
Yoga, breathing and body practices, and work with your state are neither treatment nor psychotherapy prescribed by a doctor. Nothing on this site is medical or psychological advice.
If you have a condition, an injury or a pregnancy, or you are taking prescribed medication, talk to your doctor and tell the studio's practitioner before the class.
Booking and correspondence
There are no forms on this site. For booking and for any question you can use Telegram or email at info@osspace.eu. Both run through third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Rights to the material
The texts, the design, the logo and the structure of this site belong to OsStudiO. You are free to read it, save it and share links to it.
Copying the texts in full, republishing them or using the design commercially needs our written consent.
The photographs on the site are stock images by third-party authors, and their rights holders' licences apply to them, not these terms.
Links to other sites
The site links out to third-party resources, Telegram above all. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses caused by an outage or by decisions taken on the basis of what is published here alone.
Changes to these terms
We may change this document. The date it last changed is at the top of the page; by continuing to use the site after an edit, you accept the new version.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. We try to settle any dispute in writing first, and only then in the court where the studio is located.
