Work with the body and the psyche in one space

Small groups, personal guidance and practices that build lasting steadiness rather than an hour of relief.

Who it is for

For people who know how to cope but not how to rest

We have gathered the situations clients bring to us most often. If even one of them sounds familiar, we will help you find the way back to calm and steady ground.

  1. 01

The mind will not switch off

Focused through the day, and by evening the same thoughts go round and sleep does not come.

  2. 02

    The body holds the tension

Neck, shoulders and back stay tight even after a holiday or a weekend.

  3. 03

    Responsibility that wears you down

You answer for people and for results, and stopping feels unsafe.

  4. 04

    A wish to understand yourself

Not to unwind for a single hour, but to actually understand what is going on inside me.

  5. 05

The goal is reached, the meaning is not there

Every plan went through, and the state you expected never arrived.

  6. 06

    Tired of self-improvement

Scattered attempts to change yourself do not add up to a lasting result. We build a clear system in which work with the body and work with your inner state support each other.

The easiest place to start is meditation or a gentle practice: neither asks for any preparation, and the difference is usually noticeable after the first session.

About the studio

A small studio where you do not get lost in the crowd

We bring classical body practices together with modern methods of self-inquiry. People come to us when the body is locked up from constant tension and the mind will not switch off, even on holiday.

Classes run in small groups, so the teacher sees everyone and adjusts the practice to your pace. Whatever happens in a one-to-one session stays between you and the practitioner.

Small groups
Enough room and attention for you to be seen and corrected.
Your own pace
The practice adapts to what your body can do and to the pace you set.
Body and psyche together
Our practitioners work where body practices meet depth psychology, bringing both together into one whole approach.

Practices

The practices your own route is built from

You can come to a single class, or put together a program around one specific question with a practitioner.

  1. A group yoga class in the studio

    01 / 13

    Hatha yoga

The base people start from: breath, steady poses, a sense of how your own body is put together, and the ability to keep your attention in it.

  2. A yoga class using blocks and straps in the studio

    02 / 13

    Iyengar yoga

Precise, careful work with alignment and props, for bodies that carry limitations, pain or old injuries.

  3. A woman resting in a supported pose on a mat

    03 / 13

    Yin yoga

A soft, restful practice that releases tension, settles the mind and helps you sleep.

  4. A restorative forward fold over bolsters by a window

    04 / 13

    Yoga therapy

Work with the body around one specific request: the back, the neck, coming back after a break or an injury — at a pace the body can hold.

  5. Three singing bowls on an old wooden table with a candle beside them

    05 / 13

    Meditation

We learn to bring attention back into the body and to stop the endless inner monologue. Standalone sessions and sound meditations.

  6. Two hands reaching towards each other

    06 / 13

    Individual programs

A personal program built around the change you are after: the practices, the pace and the steps are chosen for your question, your state and your goals.

  7. A woman sitting in an armchair with her eyes closed in a quiet room

    07 / 13

    Work with the psyche

Depth psychology, work with your state, gentle practices for working with the subconscious, and regression — for those who want to reach the causes rather than manage the symptoms.

  8. Cards of a transformational game laid out among spices and herbs

    08 / 13

    Transformational games

A format that puts your question where you can see it from the outside. In a few hours a vague “something is off” turns into a precise sentence.

  9. A bowl of herbal infusion among green leaves

    09 / 13

    Self-inquiry practices

Human Design, astrology and unpacking your question — a way to look at your situation from another angle and put it into words.

  10. A back massage in the studio treatment room

    10 / 13

    Massage

Careful work with the body that lets built-up tension go, feels like being looked after, and gives the body back its ease.

  11. A tea set on a wooden table

    11 / 13

    Tea ceremony

Collectible tea and an intimate setting — a chance to slow down, sit in the quiet and come back to a clear head.

  12. A cup of hot cacao held in both hands

    12 / 13

    Cacao ceremony

Warmth and softness: ceremonial cacao, an easy setting and gentle conversation in which you can simply be yourself.

  13. A child standing in tree pose

    13 / 13

    Yoga for children

Playful classes rooted in the old yoga traditions, where children learn easily and with interest to feel their body and to steer their movement and attention.

Questions

What people ask before their first visit

I have never done anything like this. Where do I start?

With meditation or a gentle practice. Neither one asks for preparation, flexibility or special clothes, and the change in how you feel is usually noticeable after the first session.

Do I need to be flexible or fit?

No special preparation is needed. The groups are small, so the teacher sees everyone and picks a version of each pose that suits your body. The practice starts from where you are today, and you move at a pace that is comfortable for you.

How is meditation different from simply lying down?

Rest takes away tiredness, but it does not change how your attention works. In meditation that is exactly what we train: noticing where the mind has gone and bringing it back. The skill stays with you outside the studio too.

How many people are in a group?

Few, no more than 8. The format is deliberately intimate: this way the teacher has time to come to each person instead of teaching the room as a whole.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you do not mind sitting on the floor in. We will tell you the rest when you book, once it is clear which format you are coming to.

Can I come to a one-to-one session instead of a group?

Yes. The individual format exists both in the physical practice and in the work with your question. Whatever happens there stays between you and the practitioner.

How should I prepare for a massage?

No special preparation is needed. Before the session, tell us how you feel, about any sensitive areas or injuries, and what intensity you prefer.

Before the session we will discuss how you feel and what you would like. The practitioner will suggest a type of massage and an intensity suited to you.
