Which ceremony should I choose: tea or cacao?
It depends on the state you are in. The cacao ceremony is a way into the heart: warmth, softness, the emotional armour coming off. Worth coming if you feel tired, closed up, full of accumulated emotion or dry inside. The tea ceremony is a way into clarity and backbone: silence, a clear mind, a high level of presence. Worth coming if you are at a crossroads, or feel mental noise, other people's manipulation or illusions. Both practices lead into depth, but they work with different centres.
How are your ceremonies different from an ordinary tea party?
This is not entertainment. The circle is intimate, up to 6–8 people, so every participant gets personal attention, an individual reading and deep integration. We use only live 100% Ceremonial Grade Cacao from Latin America, with no sugar, chemistry or processing, and rare collectible Chinese teas from direct suppliers — aged pu-erhs and GABA oolongs. Each meeting is devoted to one theme of the day: “An inexhaustible source of energy”, “Out of illusion”, “Taking your power back”.
What does the price of a ceremony include?
The intimate format, 50 €: a place in a circle of up to 6–8 people, the ritual cleansing of the space (palo santo or sage), a premium drink — ceremonial cacao or collectible tea — an original themed meditation to live sound, work with metaphorical association cards and a grounding sharing round. The one-to-one format, 95 €: complete confidentiality, the guide's full attention on you, a personal reading of your question — relationships, resource, visibility, personal boundaries — and a meditation tuned to your situation.
What if I have never meditated and know nothing about tea or cacao?
That is the ideal way to start. No special skills are needed, and there is no need to “try to do it right” either: the guide will take you gently through every stage of the ritual. There is no correct way here.
